DAWN WITH GOD PROJECT
Schedule: Third Friday of the Month.
Activities: Vigil of Praying from 22:00h to 02:00h, moment
when the participants go out to the Historic Center of Salvador,
distributing to people who is in situation of street, one
tasty meal with clothes, blankets, mattresses, and the most
important: preaching God’s Word.
There are many experiences to tell along these years, exciting
reports from the volunteers and from those who receive visits
by the dawn.
People in need that manifest the will to change their lives
are oriented to look for Missão Pelourinho premises
to receive help and the needed orientations.
S.O.S. PROJECT
S.O.S Project – Mobile Social Action – It is the
usage of a bus containing the Socio-assistance action to serve
the community that has low acquisitive power, bringing appointments
with doctors, dentists and pastoral counseling.
Recently we counted with the support of the Social Action
Secretariat that gave us professionals, a microbus, ambulance
and a mobile place to brush teeth. Although we need total
autonomy to have more often works. That will be possible if
we have our own vehicles and materials.
PURIM PROJECT
This Project has as an aim to promote internation to children
in two phases: recuperation and ressocialization, having every
year the party of PURIM, which means DELIVERANCE.
Till the moment we own a siege called “Emmanuel”,
placed in Amado Bahia, in country side of Bahia State, Brazil.
Unfortunately this work is still in initial phase, even owning
the place, we still need capital and capacitated professionals.
PRAISE SALVADOR
The proposed activity here is to play, in public squares,
holy praise over the city of Salvador, rendering the perfect
praise to our God. Today it happens once a year, in December,
with the “Christmas
Dinner with People in Need”
S.O.P.A.
S.O.P.A. Serve, Pray, Preach and Act - Every Wednesday, from
18:00 to 19:30hs, we offer a delicious and hot soup with breads
to people who need, accomplishing the Word of God that says
“Give ye them to eat”.
IDE
“Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to
every creature”. (Mark 16:15) – This Project is
all about preaching the gospel from house to house, with Bible
studies in family group, till reach every house at the Historic
Center with the Gospel.
“It is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that
believeth”. (Romans 1:16a)
CHRISTMAS DINNER WITH PEOPLE IN NEEDS
DEFINITION
It is about an annual event that has as an aim to invite people
in need of any age, to enjoy, at a table due ornamented, a
delicious meal in Christmas Menu (objective to serve a thousand
meals). The most important, bring the Word of GOD, the Gospel
to every people in need (Mark 16:15). “Man shall not
live by bread alone, but by every Word that proceedeth out
of the mouth of God”. (Matthew 4:4). At this opportunity
to give Basic Medical Help, personal hygiene (nail cut, hair
cut, clothes, etc.)

RESSOCIALIZATION CENTER PROJECT
Basically the project is developed through the following
phases: Evangelism, Selection, Recuperation and Social Reintegration
Stage.
Work Objective: The Idea is shelter the interested ones in
rehabilitation for a 9 to 12 months period, separated from
their usual place, giving education (the teaching of reading),
profissionalization activities and occupational therapy, for
the social reintegration of self-sustenance.
